Johan Thorner

Outbound to Kumla Sweden

Johan has returned to Sweden.He had arrived in August. He's a Boy Scout and enjoys golf and the computer. He likes being on the internet and corresponding with people via email. He will have three host families while he is with us. In December, Johan was our guest speaker. He showed slides of his family and places in Sweden. His father works for a manufacturer, his mother was raised on a farm and he and his sisters play musical instruments. Johan plays the sax and his sisters play the violin and flute. When he returns home he will complete his mandatory 15 months of military service after which he hopes to study computer engineering. Johan recently went on a ski trip to Peek N' Peek with Don Tharp and family.

Hanna Tillmans

Outbound to Germany

Hanna is from our sister city Landsberg, Germany and has recently finished her tour of the U.S. and returned home.

Karen Bos

Summer Exchange Student Karen Bos went to Osaka Japan for four Weeks. Karen is active in jazz band, the Inkspot, the school newspaper and is a hospital volunteer among her many activities. Karen has an Uncle who is a district governor.
